Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered and your delivery destination. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout on your country-specific website before you confirm and pay for your order. We do not add hidden shipping costs after checkout. For very large or heavy orders, an additional shipping quotation may be required — our team will contact you if this applies to your order.

All corten steel products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Large flat items such as panels and screens are typically shipped on pallets with protective wrapping. Smaller items are packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes with appropriate protective materials. All orders are covered by transit insurance against damage or loss during shipping.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed on our websites. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on any applicable import charges before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials and take clear photographs of the damage or incorrect items before contacting us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for any items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition due to transit damage or fulfillment error.
If you wish to return items due to a change of mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. Please contact us before returning any items to obtain a return authorisation.
Custom-fabricated and bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.
Once we have received and inspected any returned items (or approved a refund for damaged items based on photographic evidence), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We provide detailed product information and real-world photography to help you understand the natural variation you can expect.
