Order Placement

Pricing

All prices are displayed on our country-specific websites and are stated in the applicable local currency. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to an order being placed. Once an order has been confirmed, the price is fixed. Prices displayed do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated; shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order unless a specific alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet entered production. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Corten steel products are natural materials and the appearance of the weathered patina will vary between individual pieces and over time, this variation is inherent to the material and is not a product defect.

Product photography may not precisely represent the colour or texture of products, particularly given the variable nature of corten steel patina at different stages of weathering.
